    Our Process

    Initial Consultation

    When you get in touch with us, we’ll schedule a consultation meeting. This will usually be at your home, particularly if the project is a renovation or extension. This initial consultation meeting will be at a time that suits you, but we will get it booked in asap to minimise any delays.

    During the consultation meeting, we will find out what you want to achieve, the vision you have for the project, your budget, and anything else that is relevant. We’ll also answer your questions, and we will provide whatever advice we can.

    Drawings and Costs

    We will use the information gathered in the consultation meeting to create drawings for the project that will explain the work we plan to do. We will also fully cost the project with accurate pricing estimates, with these costs sent to you along with the drawings.

    Any amendments to the drawings and costs that are required will be made quickly and resent to you for approval.

    Building Work Commences

    We will fully plan the project, including creating a realistic schedule to complete the work on time. We’ll then complete all the work on-site. Each member of our team is skilled and has experience working on a wide range of residential projects.

    During this phase, we will ensure disruption is kept to a minimum, with complete professionalism guaranteed.

    Inspection and Handover

    We will complete a full inspection of the project with you at the end of the building work. Any finishing touches will then be applied until you are completely satisfied. We’ll also make sure the work area is tidied up with all rubbish removed, so you have nothing to do except to begin enjoying the new features of your home.
